Bulldog Puppy Health Guarantee

Our Guarantee is quite simple. You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within (2) two days of purchase. If your puppy, in the opinion of the veterinarian, has any physical problems considered to be life threatening, I will provide you with a replacement puppy of equal value. If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter whelped. If you choose a puppy of greater value, then you will be responsible for the cost difference. To make a claim you must return your puppy to The Bulldog Ranch within 7 days of purchase at the buyers expense. Also, provide a signed statement from the veterinarian proving date of examination and an explanation as to why the puppy is a poor health risk. The statement must include a description of the symptoms supporting the opinions. There will be no refund on shipping charges and all deposits are nonrefundable.

Note: There is no warranty against Hypoglycemia, Coccidia, Hip or Joint problems, Parasites, Cherry eye, Viral, Bacterial Infections because there are to many variables to why some of these problem can occur that are not heredity induced. I will give you information about how to avoid these problems. Also, I would like to point out that we by NO means EVER breed bulldogs that have known hip or joint problems. This is just another reason why you MUST choose a reputable breeder. Do your homework, check them out.

Your English bulldog puppy has a 6-month limited Life Warranty. Should the puppy die of a birth defect within six months of the time of purchase, "The Bulldog Ranch" will provide a replacement puppy of equal value, if one is not available then the buyer has to pay the cost difference. To qualify for this warranty, you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The care must include all vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian. To make a claim, you must bring a signed certificate from the veterinarian stating cause of death and a copy of ALL of your puppy’s health records. If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter whelped. Any shipping arrangements needed will be the customers' responsibility.

Failure to have the puppy examined within two days of purchase or if she is breed VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES.

If a puppy is being returned for any health warranty claim, you must also return all registration papers. Registration papers must be signed, transferring ownership back to "The Bulldog Ranch". "The Bulldog Ranch" will not be held responsible for any costs accrued after the sale is final. For any reason.

Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury.
